When, in human history, have we seen elites in power abdicate immense power willingly, peacefully, logically or even amicably?
The one I can think of is South Africa, but that wasn't pleasant, just better than most.
So we really expect record CEO pay and quants to just go away magically? Nah. This is all heading somewhere unpleasant, right about when the climate takes an even bigger dump on us in the next decade.
