I'm no financial expert, as my various accounts can attest. But I'm just saying, if I had $25 million lying around... I'd probably build up what I already owned than buying something new.
But people do this knuckleheaded move all the time. Like razing a McDonald's built one year for a brand "new" one the next. Really? Such a waste.
And often for naught.
